THCS has published the preannouncement for its fourth Joint Transnational Call (JTC 2026), titled “Access to Care.”
This call represents a strategic opportunity to fund transnational research and innovation projects aimed at promoting equitable access to and utilisation of health and care services across Europe.
The objective is to support European Care Systems in tackling key challenges such as Demographic Pressure, Digital Transformation, and the redefinition of organisational models.
What will JTC2026 fund?
It will support Transnational Projects providing policymakers and stakeholders with concrete knowledge and tools to:
– Reduce Inequalities in access to and use of services.
– Develop Innovative Solutions (based on sound evidence) and new delivery models.
– Design appropriate Financial Models and Integrated Care programmes with an interdisciplinary approach.
Projects must include activities of applied research, implementation, piloting, and scaling up of solutions in relevant Health and Social Care ecosystems.
